Six weeks ago, we switched to Kale wet food due to an intolerance. Besides the excellent service (thank you again for the appointment we were able to arrange while we were passing through), the quality is also outstanding. We also bought flakes and vitamin powder on-site to supplement the wet food. Our dog's coat has improved noticeably, and he absolutely loves it – it's wonderful that such products still exist!

We were impressed by the composition of the BARF mix, and our lady is a big fan too :) They offer all kinds of high-quality snacks and chews at fair prices. The owners and staff are very friendly, and you can easily pre-order larger quantities by email.

I've rarely experienced such professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. The salesperson was attentive and understood the problem. She then called the manager because the store was very busy. I hadn't expected it to be so busy. There were three of us. And the manager helped each of us by listening, solving the problem, and providing a feeding chart. The selection of pure feeds is also great, especially the anniversary food and carrot soup (Morsche soup). Not to mention the large selection of snacks! We say thank you again! And we'll definitely be back! 👍😘

Yesterday was my first time shopping there for food for our new puppy. I was thrilled. The staff gave me a thorough consultation for about an hour without neglecting other customers. They took so much time to provide all the information and food I needed for new dog owners. I came in with a concern because my puppy had diarrhea. Since switching to the new Kale food, this hasn't happened. Our other puppy, Coby, also seemed to enjoy it immensely.
